My name is Jake Harmon.  Working as a Certified Personal Trainer and competing in strength sports on both local and national levels has fostered a passion for helping my clients set and surpass their own goals in strength training.  The main focus of my business involves helping clients overcome obstacles to exercise and get measurable results in increasing functional strength, regardless of their current strength level.

I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. With 6 years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, I can confidently say I am prepared to help you reach your goals. 

My personal fitness endeavors have revolved around competing in strength sports for 10 years, including competing on a national level in Powerlifting and NAS/USS Strongman.
